Terms of use
These terms apply when you use PlingPass in the app or on the web, whether you are looking for shifts or using the service for a company. PlingPass is provided by Jven Tech AB. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms.

What PlingPass is
PlingPass helps companies and people looking for extra shifts find each other and get in touch. You agree the work, the pay and any other terms between yourselves. PlingPass is not an employer, does not write agreements for you and does not handle payments between you. A shift, a response or a confirmed contact is not an agreement with PlingPass.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use PlingPass. The information you provide must be accurate, and your account is personal. Keep your password to yourself and contact us if you think someone else is using your account. Company accounts are used by people the company has invited, and the company is responsible for how they use the service.
What is not allowed
You may not send, publish or upload content that: • threatens, harasses, stalks or abuses anyone • is sexual, contains unwanted advances or is sexually directed at anyone under 18 • is hateful or discriminatory, for example on grounds of ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability • is misleading or fraudulent, for example fake shifts, phishing or demands for payment to get a shift • is spam or advertising unrelated to a shift • is otherwise illegal or encourages crime. You may not try to get around blocks, suspensions or the service's security, or use someone else's account.
Reporting and blocking
In chats and on shifts you can report content and block the other party. Once you block someone, you can no longer message each other, and a worker who has blocked a company no longer sees its shifts. You can undo a block at any time. Reports are about safety and these terms, not about how someone did a job. PlingPass does not rate workers.
How we review and what we may do
We review reports promptly. At our discretion and having regard to the circumstances, we may remove content, close conversations, issue a warning, and temporarily or permanently restrict or close an account. When a company reports threats, sexual content or fraud in a message, the reported account may be suspended automatically and immediately pending review. Some offensive words are hidden automatically in messages. A company that does not follow these terms may be closed. If we suspect a crime that threatens someone's life or safety, we contact the police.
If we restrict your account
You will receive an email describing the decision, which part of these terms it is based on, whether it was made automatically, and how to ask us to reconsider. Reply to the email or write to info@plingpass.se and tell us why you think the decision is wrong, and we will review it again. You can always delete your account. Anyone whose account has been closed may not create a new one.
Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report illegal content on PlingPass, even without an account, by emailing info@plingpass.se. Explain why you believe the content is illegal and where it is, for example the company's name, the date of the shift or a screenshot. Include your name and email address and confirm that the information is accurate and given in good faith. We will confirm that we have received your report and tell you our decision.
Your content
You are responsible for what you write and upload, such as messages and CVs. You give us the right to store your content and show it to the people you are in contact with for as long as the service needs it. How we process personal data, including in reports, is described in the privacy notice.
Changes and ending your use
You can stop using PlingPass and delete your account at any time. We may change these terms. For material changes we will ask you to accept the new terms before you send messages or respond to shifts again. Company pricing and payment are governed by the pricing and payment terms. Swedish law applies.
